Ephphatha Consulting Services, Inc. (ECSI) — pronoucnced Ef-fuh-thuh — was born from a simple yet
transformative realization: too often, people find themselves closed off — from
others, from their goals, and even from themselves. This disconnection can create
mental and emotional hurdles that make it difficult to live a fulfilling life. Inspired by
the Aramaic word ‘Ephphatha,’ meaning ‘be opened,’ ECSI was founded to help
individuals rediscover hope, resilience, and the inner strength to unlock their full
potential.
Through counseling, coaching, and compassionate support, ECSI reminds us that
with the right guidance, we all have the capacity to thrive. Located in the Chicago
and Quad Cities metropolitan areas, ECSI proudly serves individuals, families,
businesses, and communities throughout Iowa and Illinois — offering workshops
and training both nationwide and internationally.
