Current Opportunities

  • Licensed Clinical Therapist
    • Location: Quad Cities Metropolitan Area (IA & IL) remote & on-site, Chicagoland, IL
    • Responsibilities:
      • Provide individual, group, and family therapy for children, adolescents, and adults.
      • Utilize trauma-informed approaches, including Theraplay and attachment-based interventions.
      • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and families to address clients’ social-emotional needs.
    • Requirements:
      • Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
      • Current licensure in Illinois/Iowa.
      • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish preferred).
  • Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC)
    • Location: Quad Cities Metropolitan Area (on-site & remote), Chicagoland, IL
    • Position Type: Contractual
    • Responsibilities:
      • Conductassessments, develop treatment plans, and provide counseling for clients with substance use disorders.
      • Collaborate with families, multidisciplinary teams, and external organizations to support clients’ recovery journey.
      • Facillitate individual and group therapy sessions focused on addiction recovery.
    • Requirements:
      • CADC certification in Illinois/Iowa.
      • Minimum two years of experience in substance use counseling.
      • Knowledge of evidence-based practices in addiction treatment.
  • Life Coach
    • Location: Remote and in-person options available (flexible locations)
    • Position Type: Contractual
    • Responsibilities:
      • Provide coaching sessions to support clients in setting and achieving personal and professional goals.
      • Utilize solution-focused approaches to guide clients in building self-awareness, improving life balance, and enhancing resilience.
      • Work with diverse clients, adapting methods to fit individual needs.
    • Requirements:
      • Certification in Life Coaching or equivelent experience.
      • Background in counseling, psychology, or related field is preferred.
      • Strong interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach.
  • Early Intervention Specialist
    • Location: Various regions across Illinois.
    • Position Type: Contractual
    • Responsibilities:
      • Deliver in-home assessments and interventions for children agea 0-5.
      • Collaborate with families and caregivers to develop intervention strategies.
      • Participate in trainings focused on development, trauma, and cultural competency.
    • Requirements:
      • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Early Childhood Education, Social Work, or related field.
      • Experience in early intervention and knowledge of developmental delays.
  • Training Facilitator
    • Location: Remote and on-site opportunities available.
    • Position Type: Contractual.
    • Responsibilities:
      • Design and deliver training sessions on topics such as poverty, risk, cultural compotence, and disability.
      • Engage participants through interactive and reflective  learning methods.
    • Requirements:
      • Proven experience in training or facilitation.
      • Expertise in the fields of mental health, social work, or education.
